A controller system at the site “votes” for the best signal in any of the 4 inputs measuring noise on the signal.
145.33 is located in St Charles near Lindenwood College. It runs about the same power as the O’Fallon repeater. The remote sites for this repeater are downtown St. Louis on an office building, Warrenton, and Augusta (same site as O’Fallon input).

The 440 repeater is co-located at the St Charles site and is self contained (no remote inputs).
